  • Each session is uniquely yours. We start with a simple, yet grounding breath work or meditation. From there we check in with the mind, body, and soul to understand where we need to focus on during the session. We begin to build plans to create habits in your daily life, we check in to see how far you have come, and celebrate the wins.

  • No! Personally believe that you are on this journey for yourself and can decide when (if ever) you want to discontinue the services. There are no contacts tying you into a locked amount of time.

  • Unfortunately at this time, no I do not accept any form of insurance.

  • If you miss a session, no worries! We will work together to find another time to meet. I do ask that you are courteous and give me at least a 12 hour heads up.

Essentials

Looking for flexibility? The Essential Package is designed for those who want to take it one session at a time. Each hour-long session is tailored to your specific wellness needs, whether it's nutrition, movement, mindfulness, or a combination of all three. No long-term commitment required.

$75/ session

Balance

The Balance package is designed to help you achieve optimal wellness by addressing your nutrition, movement, and mindfulness. Through bi-weekly 45 minute sessions, we will work together to establish a strong foundation for your growth. As part of this package, you'll receive a weekly newsletter and access to educational materials from me following each session, so you can continue learning and implementing positive changes between our meetings.

Nourish

The Nourish package includes everything in the Balance package, with the added benefits of weekly meetings, private messaging support throughout the week, and longer session times (1 hour). This allows for deeper exploration and personalized attention to help you achieve your health and wellness goals
